Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of deliver.
Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In their original condition, with packaging attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or items marked Final Sale
- Items damaged through wear, washing, misuse or improper care
Starting a Return
Contact us at info@byhisstripes.co with your order number and item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issue to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Items returned in an ineligible condition may be refused or sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. To secure a different size, color, or style more quickly, return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@byhisstripes.co and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
